Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough roofing inspections, capturing detailed photographs and elevation information.
  • Document and photograph homes to facilitate accurate assessments.
  • Guide homeowners through contract signing and initiate insurance claim processes.
  • Assist in the selection of shingle colors and necessary products.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with insurance adjusters to finalize scope of work.
  • Ensure prompt submission of all required documentation for efficient claim processing.
  • Receive payment the following week after approval of scope of work or signed contract for an estimate.

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive training provided, welcoming candidates with or without prior sales or roofing experience.
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems and materials is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Independent worker with the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Work Hours:

  • Monday through Friday
  • Morning Shift: 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • Saturdays (Optional): 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

  • Communicate effectively with homeowners to confirm appointments and address inquiries.
  • Maintain an organized calendar for optimized appointment scheduling.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, representing The Roofing Broker with professionalism.
